Introducing new plants, machinery, equipment, products, materials, tools technology (IT&S system) affecting operational processes or speed by production

Changes, deviations, replacements or modification to exisiting plants, machinery, equipment, products, materials, tools technology (IT&S system) affecting operational processes or speed by production

Changes, deviation, replacements or modification to existing facilities, repairs, replacement of old equipment, machinery, maintenance works etc. resulting from audits & inspection and/or Risks & Opportuntities

Construction of new production or process facilities or a new project tied into existing facilities resulting from audits and inspection and/or Strategic Risks & Opportunities

Introduction to New Policies, Procedures, Management Standard, Control Standard or Tool Box document

Changes, revision, alternations to Management Framework, tool box documents, and/or a controlled document.

Introduction and changes to legal and other requirements.

Recruitment of new employee or changing employees, organisational size and structure

Changes in leadership, organisational attitude, behaviour, culture, inefficiency and lack of communication

Changes to work schedule arrangements , shift patterns etc. e.g. 8 hours to 12 hour shift

Mergers, de-mergers and acquistions, delayering or downsizing of employees

Changes due to Pandemic, bomb threats, fire, terrorist activities, country emergencies etc.

Changes due to personal injury /incidents, environmental and security incidents etc.

Changes arising from health, safety environmental, fire, hygiene (etc.) audits and inspections by external parties,agencies, councils, HS & E etc.

Replacement of of equipment/machinery due to damages that affect the health & safety of employees and affects production.

If the following criteria applies to the Project Idea:

1.Cost = <5K - 200K.

2. Risk = Major/significant risk.

3. Size = Major Change, complex project.

4. Impact = Major impact on the organisation.

5. Duration = < 1year.

6. Resources = need a Project Manager and a Project Team.

7. Stakeholders =Large no. of Stakeholders affected.

Project Idea to identified within CAPEX Procedure - Special Investment Plan (PEI)

To be identified within Worldlex Website and controlled by HSE Dept.

To be identified within a Document Control System and controlled by the HSE & Quality Dept.

To be identified and controlled by Human Resource Dept.

To be identified and controlled by the Group Steering Committee

To be identified and controlled by the Group Steering Committee

To be identified and controlled by the HS&E Dept.
