This dilemma is about wether you want to "break your contract" and just talk about the issues that the corporation has or the paths and secrets that they carry or just stay quiet and go on with your day.

To me this dilemma is about making sure that even if you saw or heard something "juicy" about your coworker, you cant be just chatting about it with some other people.

This dilemma is about not doing anything that can make your manger/supervisor or the company itself devalue your job and have trust issues with you. Because at the end of the day the worst thing that can happen to an employee is that their job don't trust them.

This dilemma is basically about not taking matter into your own hands. if you feel like you were not treated fairly then don't just do something bad to get at them, instead have a conversation with your boss and explain how you feel because maybe they didn't see it that way when the situation happened.

This dilemma is about checking your ethical status and being honest about it. There's many ways for a person to just lie their way through but is always better when you are sincere and right about it.
