  1. MINIMIS
    1. We can apply this rule when the specific rule of origin is not met, there are criteria such as Minimis, which confers origin when the specific rule of origin is not met.
      1. Is used when a non-originating does not meet the tariff jump origin rule.

          1. 7% and 10% of the transaction value adjusted to free on board base depending on the FTA.
    2. ACCUMULATION OF ORIGIN
      1. in the FTAs, it is pursued, to achieve the economic integration between the trading partners who signed the agreement. this is achieved, among other factors, through the supply chain between the countries that sign them
        1. Condition:
          1. if inputs from the participating countries are to be incorporated, these inputs, if they were made from non-originating goods, must comply with a specific rule of origin in order to be originating in the country that is sending as a supplier to another country.
      2. INDIRECT MATERIALS
        1. Materials used in the production, verification or inspection of a good but not physically incorporated into the final product

          1. Goods which for commercial purposes are interchangeable and whose properties are essentially identical
            1. When originating fungible materials are used, and not originating in the production of a good.
              1. The determination as to whether the materials are originating should not be established by identification of a specific fungible material
