USES
1. actions which started in the past and continue in present
  1. I have been living here for years
2. to focus on the duration and the process of an action
  1. It's been raining for a week now
3. temporary actions up to present, they could be incomplete or unfinished
  1. I have been looking for my glasses
4. Don't use it with state verbs
  1. She has known about the accident
5. Don't use it to say how many times an action has happened
  1. I have been visiting this city three times ---wrong / She has visited this city three times ---right
6. Used with HOW LONG to ask for duration of the action
  1. How long has she been working here?
