           • This can be used to resolve the problem

4. Pareto Chart

   • It is a bar graph of data showing the largest number of frequencies to the smallest
     • It helps to prioritize improvements efforts
       • So, the most significant problems can be solved first

5. Flow Chart

   • Are used to document work process flows
     • Shows the steps of a process provides a general view of this
       • Are also used to show changes in a process

6. Check Sheet

   • Is used to collect data
     • It is designed for the quick, easy, and efficient recording of the desired information
       • It can be either quantitative or qualitative
         • It is used to follow the number of times a certain incident happens

7. Scatter Plots

   • These are graphs that show the relationship between variables
     • Variables represent possible causes and effect

8. Control Charts

   • These are used to plot data points over time and obtain a general picture of the movement of that data
     • It focuses on monitoring performance over time
       • It looks for variation in data points
         • It distinguishes between common cause and special cause variations

9. Histograms

   • This are bar chart pictures of data that shows patterns
     • The patterns detected can demonstrate an analysis that helps understand variation.
