Is where you lay out your approach to figuring out what work you’ll do and what’s out of scope. All of the other processes in the Scope Management knowledge area are defined and described in this document. It’s the blueprint you’ll use for everything else you’ll do to manage scope through the project.

- You plan out all of the work you’ll do to define your scope, with the right work planned for the team and control it.
The way PMI say the scope should be managed and how you manage it in thee real world might be different and is acceptable
While taking the exam assume that you will need to determinate requirements as part of the project
Assume that you are the project manager for the BUYER for all questions on the exam that involve procurement, unless the question specifically stats otherwise
Project manager must be assertive and not allow add work that is not related to the reason documented on the project charter for initiating the project
