1. Product Scope

   Annotations:

   • Means the features and functions of the product or service thar you and your team are building (Its all about the final product - its features, components, pieces)
2. Project Scope

   Annotations:

   • Is all of the work that needs to be done to make the product. (This is a big part of what the project manager is concerned with, the work the team has to do).

      Annotations:

   2. Scope Management Plan

      Annotations:

      • Describes how you write down the scope, make sure it´s right, and keep it up to date.(You need to wite down exactly how you´re going to do all of those things in the scope management plan) ¿Cómo se define, desarrolla, controla y verifica el alcance?

   Annotations:

   • Means uncontrolled changes that cause the team to do extra work
