1. What is it?

   • It is where people of different cultures have engaging interactions with each other, developing strong relationships.

2. The Culture Iceberg Template

   • There are an surface culture, and there is a deep culture which talks about notions of different aspects of the culture, as beauty, social beliefs, genders roles etc.

3. Steps in the Intercultural Appraoch

   • Admit uncertainty
     • You don`t know everything about each culture. Here we are in the surface of the Iceberg culture
   • Challenge assumption
     • It is necesary to know our own culture
   • Practice emphaty
     • Try to understand clture of others instead of judge it.
   • Embrace diversity
     • It is necessary to be curious about the others and their culture but with respect
