DESARROLLO DELFETO
PERIODO FETAL: Caracterizado por la maduración de los tejidos y los órganos
PERIODO DE EMBARAZO: 280 días o 40 semanas.
SEXTA SEMANA: Las asas intestinales provocan grandes protuberancias (hernia) en el cordón umbilical.
DOCEAVA SEMANA: Se presentan centros de osificación primarios en los huesos largos y cráneo.
Genitales externos se desarrollan: Se determina el sexo del feto.
TERCER MES: La cara adquiere un aspecto más humano y las extremidades alcanzan su tamaño relativo
QUINTO MES: La madre puede notar los movimientos del feto
ANTES DE LA SEMANA 20: Se aborta el feto.
SEMANA 21-28: Prematuro extremo
ANTES DE LA SEMANA 37: Prematuro.
41-42 SEMANAS: Posmaduro
FUNCIONES DE LA PLACENTA
Órgano que facilita el intercambio de nutrientes y gases de madre a hijo.
a través del cordón umbilical.
El sincitio trofoblastico es que hace la PLACENTA.
INTERACCIÓN DE GASES.
INTERCAMBIO DE NUTRIENTES Y DESHECHOS
TRANSMISIÓN DE ANTICUERPOS
SECRETA HORMONAS (PROGESTERONA).
En el inicio del cuarto mes la placenta consta de dos componentes:
PARTE FETAL: Formada por el corión frondoso.
PARTE MATERNA: Formada por la desidua basal (parte más incorporada a la placenta)
La formación de los TABIQUES DECIDUALES dividen la placenta en distintos COTILEDONES.
CORDÓN UMBILICAL
Está formada por:
2 ARTERIAS
1 VENA.
ALANTOIDES- LIGAMENTO
GELATINA DE WHARTON.
LÍQUIDO AMNIÓTICO
La cavidad amniótica está llena de un líquido acuoso que es producido por las células amnióticas y de la sangre materna.
FUNCIONES:
1) EVITA QUE EL EMBRIÓN SE ADHIERA AL AMNIOS
2) PERMITE QUE EL FETO SE MUEVA
3)AMORTIGUA AL BEBÉ-
4)PARA SU FISIOLOGÍA
