3. A grounded theory and content analysis will proceed through a systematic series f analysis.

4. Classic method for analysing qualitative data:

   • 1. Coding, convert the comments into one pice of data
   • 2. Determining themes, group the codes in themes.
   • 3. Constructuing an argument, the themes are headings and subheadings
   • 4, Going back to the data, supporting the argument by going back to the data
