   • 1. Learning happens when teachers know students while meeting their development.
   • 2. Learning is based on competence because the learner masters what is learned.
   • 3. Learning occurs anytime and anywhere, because learning does not only occur in the classroom, but also in everyday life.
   • 4. Students take ownership of the situation as they directly participate in their own success.
