Since 2008 to 2009, many countries of the world were affected, even Malta because their economy slipped into recession in 2009, the thing is that they depend of the import of food and energy; so one of the principal industries fell dramatically. The economic health for them were their neighbors countries.

        1. The advantages of Malta were the banking sector, public finances, and also the government are undertaking the necessary measures to recover the island by targeting manufacturing in investment projects.

      1. Is a Republic country, that was independent on september 21 of 1964 from the UK, The Legal System is mixed with the Englisg common law and civil law.

            1. Is an archpielago in the cental mediterranean, located in the Southern Europe, between sicily (Italy) and North Africa. La Valetta is the capital of Malta; thsanks to the geography location has defined the countrys economic development.

              1. The opening of Suez Canal in 1869, made Malta one of the principals ports in the Mediterranean; the development of the country its thanks to the trades, banks, financial services.
