Mixed conditional

Mixed conditionals are conditional in which the verbal time in the main clause is different from the verbal time in the conditional clause.
Examples of conditionals
1. If I won the prize, I would take condicionales mixtas you shopping.
2. I would be happy if Tom asked me to the dance.
3. Carlos would have known what to get only if he had asked his friend.
Examples of mixed conditionals: Present + Past
1. If I were you, I would have bought the red dress.
2. If the teacher were here, she would have turned on the heater this morning.
3. If the students had more time, they would have finished their work yesterday.
Example mixed conditional: Present + Future
1. If I were you, I would call Tom and apologize.
2. If Bob had more time, he would attend the cooking class next week.
3. If Fred were here, he would go with us to Colorado on Thursday.
Examples Mixed conditional future pass
1. If they weren't traveling to France on Thursday, they would have planned to attend your birthday party.
2. If I weren't quitting my job in two weeks, I would have purchased you a gift for Christmas.
3. If Don's sisters weren't going to the theater, they would have agreed to babysit.
The continuous form with would - you would not be feeling weary - is not the continuous present that would be you are not feeling. You could also say the phrase using would feel, for example
1. "If you had been at the ball, you would not be feeling weary".
2. "If you had been at the ball, you would not feel weary"
