   • When and how often does this happen?  Does this happen independently of other meetings or is it an agenda item within another meeting?Who is involved? When and how do others get involved? Does listening to feedback or sharing of evaluation success also happen here?

       • What to implement, when, how,  Once something is implemented it moves into another workflow? When is it evaluated?  Even if  the evaluation is part of another workflow, the successes need to be shared and recorded as part of this workflow- as this is part of it's measure of success
