   • Deailed document which a group of tests must follow carefully.
     • Sets out every single test that must be done and the data that is inputted and should be obtained.

2. The test plan ensures that the test covers:

   • the requirements of the system
     • performance of the system compared to the original design
       • pathways through the system
         • validation routines
