Advantages of email: emails can arrive within seconds,, easy and
cheap method of communication, recipient doesn't, need to be
online when receiving emails, files can be attached, an email can
be sent to multiple users
Disadvantages: physical objects can't be sent, spam
emails can be received, paper documents need to be
scanned before being sent, limit to the size of the email
and attachment, some legal processes don't accept
emails
