  1. Science and societies are related because we need to have an understanding of science when we use it and what its limitations are.
    1. Pure science has no ethical or moral viewpoints.
      1. Science is affected by society because of bias. (ex: different doctors will have different PERSONAL opinions of different medications.
        1. Understanding science helps us realize that we can predict the consequences of our own actions and take a role in helping prevent harmful things that could happen to us or our environment in the future.
