2. Topic: Video " Jobs we'll lose to Machines" Will machine have replaced human by the 30 Year? how long companies will have been working on creation of new job positions?

   • In the future, some Jobs will have been replaced for machines. Highly demanded jobs will be required for that. New Jobs will be created and human being will take those to connect thing differently from machines.

3. Topic: Video " The Workplace of the future" If technology evolves, companies need to readapt themselves at the same time. If leaders understand future changes, They will have more followers.

   • Employees've started changing how they work (third place). Knowledge became more important than presence. If Companies understand this on time, they will succeed in future.

4. Topic: Video "Working in the office of the future. How do you see you workplace in 10 years? How manny companies will have been adapted to new technologies in ten years?

   • By 20 years, Technology will have replaced our personal interaction mood at work.

5. Topic: "why you need Emotional Intelligence to succeed" If you have a high EQ you will succeed in your work. Will companies have created new areas to develop EQ's employees?

   • EQ is made up of four core skills that pair up into two Primary competencies: personal competence and social competence. Personal competence: - Self-awareness and Self-Management. Social Competence: Social-Awareness and Relationship-management. EQ, IQ and Personality are different. EQ predicts Performance

6. Topic: Video "Why is it important to listen?"

   • Italians went to Zambia to teach people how to seed Italian food. They were surprised why they didn't have agriculture there. They never asked why it never happend. Once Italians were ready to harvest, 200 hippos came from the river and ate all the food. Will Italian shave learned the lesson?
