2. Challenges

   • 1. Witnesses Ryan´s abuse of power in the Thayer (Christine and Cameron) incident
   • 2. his report is heard but not dealt with and Hansen has to admit to having "uncontrollable flatulence" if he wants to work alone
   • 3. Recognizes Cameron´s number plate and finds himself in a tense and dangerous confrontation between Cameron and his fellow officers
   • 4. Picks up Peter, who is hitch-hiking, late at night on a lonely road
   • 5. Realizes that Peter did not have a gun

3. Choices

   • 1. Does not stop Ryan, althogh he disagrees with his behavior, later he reports to hi superior and asks for a new partner
   • 2. Accepts challenge and deals with uncomfortable consequences (colleagues make fun of him) in order to maintain his principles
   • 3. Helps Cameron by deescalaring the situation and indentifying Cameron as friend of his
   • 4. Is relaxed at first, then develops distrust when Peter talks about his love of county music and ice hockey. He assumes hat Peter is about to pull a gun, and shoots him.
   • 5. Covers up crime by dumping Peteron the roadside and burning the car
