1. A sequence is a string of numbers following a pattern.

2. Arithmetic

   • The common difference (d) between terms is defined by an addition or a subtraction

3. Geometric

   • The common ratio (r) is defined by either a division or a multiplication by the same value
   • • Is the sum of an infinite geometric sequence.
       • NO last term
     • The sum exits for -1 < r < 1.

4. Partial Sums

   • Is the sum of a limited number of elements within a sequence
   • Upper limit and a lower limit. The common ratio has no specific restrictions

5. Convergent

   • Approaches some limit.
     • Monotonic bounded sequences

6. Divergent

   • If Sₙ does not converges, it diverges.
     • Unbounded sequences diverge
