    1. Nursing Care was excellent
      1. Perfect, wonderful
        1. Very impressed with care
          1. I was amazed with the quality of care
            1. Professional with that all important human touch
              1. All extremely friendly and caring
                1. Staff were fantastic at all times
                  1. I have always felt the extra mile
                    1. ATTITUDE
                      1. It was ok but nothing special
                        1. Only 1 or 2 out of 8 nurses had a smiley face
                          1. Nurses could have knocked on the door before entering
                            1. staff were more aware of getting boxes ticked on their forms
                              1. Some nurses were very good however the bad ones made my stay horrible
                              2. ORGANISATION

                                    1. Problems with room changes
                                      1. No one seemed to be in charge
                                        1. Porter given wrong room number
                                        2. CONTACT/CALL BELL RESPONSE
                                          1. I could not reach the call bell
                                            1. I did not see anyone for 3 hours
                                              1. I had to wait an hour before anyone came in
                                                1. I felt abandoned, waiting for 20 minutes is unacceptable
                                                2. DISCHARGE
                                                  1. I was left and had to ask when I could go home
                                                    1. I know its hard to predict but an idea of what time one would be discharged would help
                                                      1. Taking the venflon out as daughter pushed me down the corridoor
                                                        1. I was discharged with no information about my drugs
