                  1. What is your boot camp?
                    1. Our boot camp classes are group training classes. We split the week up by having Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's as Strength days. On these days the workout will be focusing more towards a weight induced workout, much like weightlifting. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday's it is Endurance day at Boot Camp. On these days, there will be more running, more aerobic exercises will be done here.
                      1. How many people usually attend these classes?
                        1. Typically about 10-15 people per class.
                          1. Which days are your most and least busiest days during boot camp?
                            1. Usually the beginning of the week is more busy as well as Saturday's. Friday's are usually slower than most days.
                    2. How much are your boot camp classes?
                      1. We offer single class passes at $24 each pass. Other options we offer are the Unlimited Month to Month Membership which is $229 per month. Another option is the 3x/week Membership for $149 per month.
                        1. Do you offer any contracts or discounts?
                          1. We do offer the Unlimited Annual Membership at $199 per month. This is a annual contract with monthly payments. There is also The Year Boot Camp Membership which is $2,189. The last option we offer is the Couples Annual Membership which is $299 per month.

                                      1. We do have an open gym membership. Clients will not receive personalized workouts (unless client purchases COR Elite/COR Insider) but you do get full access to the gym and equipment during our hours of operation. We have four different memberships within the open gym option. Would you like to hear the different options and prices?

                                          1. We offer the COR Starter for $49 month-month and $39 for a monthly reoccurring price. The COR Starter allows for gym access only. The COR Plus is $69 for a monthly reoccurring price. This includes gym access and quarterly injury screens. The COR Elite package is $99 for a monthly reoccurring price. This includes gym access, quarterly injury screens, and quarterly individualized program. The last option is the COR Insider. This one is $129 for a monthly reoccurring price. The COR Insider includes gym access, quarterly screens, quarterly individualized program, and a 30 minute monthly massage.

                                  1. We offer our boot camp classes Monday-Friday from 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM,12 pm, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, and 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. As well as Saturday from 7 AM - 8 AM. On Sundays we are closed.
