              1. Produced in the liver through breakdown of amino acids
                1. Removed by the kidneys in urine
                2. Water

                    1. Produced by an excess in the diet
                      1. Affects water potential in the blood
                    2. Kidneys
                      1. When blood passes through the kidneys small molecules are filtered out
                        1. These are: Water,Glucose, Urea & Salt (ions)
                        2. Some molecules are needed by the body so are reabsorbed by the kidneys back into the blood
                          1. These are: Glucose , some salts & some water
                          2. Kidneys control the water balance in your body
                            1. they change the amount of urine that you produce
                              1. If you sweat a lot you will loose lots of water so your body creates less urine
