1. Definition

   • A curve where any point is equal from a fixed point and a straight line

2. Vertex

   • Where the parabola takes it’s sharpest turn

3. Axis of symetry

   • Goes through the focus point and the directrix( the middle point)

4. Equation

   • Y=x2
     • Y2=4ax
       • A is the focus point from the origin, x is axis of symetry.
