E-mails

1. Sending attachments

   • Paperclip
     • To send an attachment online, press the paperclip icon at the top of the new message and select where you want to get the
   • Resizing files
     • If you want to resize a file, put it in a zip file before you send it. Or, instead,you can change the size as you are selecting it
   • File Explorer
     • Open file explorer and find the file you want to send. Select it and press Send To, Mail Recipient

2. Sending mail

   • Lay-out
     • TO: Main recipient CC: Any other recipients BCC: Other recipients you don't want others to know about Subject: What the email is about
   • Responding
     • You dont have to reply to everyone

3. Making a new email address.

   • Have a sensile name
     • you will need a sensible name because if it is for a job you would need a sensible name.
   • Make it recognisable.
     • If you're making a new email you need to make sure your family/friends can recognise it.
