Customer information
1. Online basic information such as forename, surname, email (must be verified), age (over 18s), town, address and subscriptions (optional) will be asked for
2. In store you will have to fill out the same form (paper) just minus the subscriptions question and you will also need valid ID.
3. If you are selling (in store only) you may need a certificate of authenticity.
4. all customer information will be secured on a microsoft access
5. Phone numbers (house and mobile)
