   • May affect morale of minority officers
   • Dept may be open to lawsuits
   • Data may be used to justify profiling

3. Big Data Collection

   • Too much data can be used to alter algarigthm to show a desired result
   • Too much data slows down your dept.
   • Even law abiding citizens can have their info collected and a profile with police.

4. Lack of Regulations

   • Potential for misuse
   • No way for sharing with the public
   • No clear mechanism to police the police tech.

5. Privacy

   • Citizens rights may be infringed
   • Officers privacy while using dept. issued gear.
   • Dept. may be vulnerable to cyber attack.
