the Myrmidons with him

Once Agamemnon's heralds have taken
Briseis, he takes himself to the shore
and, in tears, prays to his mother

When Phoinix re-proposes the offer + recounts
fond memories he has shared with Achilleus, he
invites Phoinix to stay the night in his tent + says
he will review the decision tomorrow
When Aias tells Odysseus their cause is
lost on Achilleus, he tells him to take back
the message that he will not consider
fighting until Hektor has killed his way up
to the Myrmidon ships
