The Holy Land is a focal point of pilgrimage for the Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Islam and
Christianity. These pilgrims visit the Holy Land to touch and see physical manifestations of their
faith, to confirm their beliefs and connect personally to the Holy Land.
The reason it's called the Holy Land because it contains lots of pilgrim sites for different religions.

It is holy because it is associated with birth, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.
Jews
The holy land is part of gods agreement.
Muslims
The word Holy Land is mentioned several times in the Quran at least a several times.
