  1. Christians believe that human life starts at conception. They believe that God made it happen
    1. Legalised in 1967.
      1. Legalised because many women were having backstreet abortions making many infertile and as many as 60 a year died as a result.
      2. Abortion is legal if:
        1. Two doctors agree
          1. The point of viability: 24 weeks
            1. Continuing the pregnancy would be a greater risk to the mother's future ability to have children
              1. It would prevent permanent physical or psychological harm to the mother
                1. There is a significant risk or certainty that the baby will be born with disabilities
