Step 1: You have a choice (Jesus let's you know) John 5:24~ "Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life". •Whoever believes in Jesus and his holy word faithfully will be saved and have eternal life forever. •John 14:3~ "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am" •Jesus is making a comfortable home for us and he is telling us that this place is already there in heaven awating for us to fill it.
    1. What happens when you die?
      1. Step 2: You die and you sleep in the ground •Job 14:10-12~ "But man dies and lies prostrate Man expires, and where is he? "As water evaporates from the sea, And a river becomes parched and dried up, So man lies down and does not rise. Until the heavens are no longer, He will not awake nor be aroused out of his sleep. •Jesus makes it clear that until the heavens are open and until Jesus comes all man will not be woken up from their death (refers to as sleep). •Job 14:12~ "So a man lies down and rises not again; till the heavens are no more he will not awake or be roused out of his sleep". •Every man will lie down in the dirt and sleep until they are woken up
