Way of Spiritual Life
- "When mind is purified one finds satisfaction in the self"
- One who is able to withdraw his senses from the sense objects as the tortoise withdraws its limbs within its shell is situated in perfect consciousness...
- BUT HOW???
- Unfortunately the taste for sense objects remains in the mind !!
- Not to worry!!...simply by experiencing higher taste one can cease
such engagements of mind
- One who restrains his senses, keeping them under full control and fixes his consciousness upon Me(Lord Krishna) is known as a
man of steady intelligence. (BG 2.61)
- HOW IS THIS DONE??
- ITS EASY!!
- Although Kali-yuga(the present degraded age) is an ocean of faults, still there is one good quality; simply by chanting the Hare krsna Mahamantra one can become
free from material bondage and get promoted to the transcendental platform. ( BHAGAVATAM 12.3.51)
