Exam Preparation
1 Diet
1.1 Having a healthy diet is important
1.1.1 It is the difference between having the energy to retain what you have studied and not
2 Sleep
2.1 Having a good nights sleep will consolidate what you studied
2.1.1 This will increase your retention and also set you up nicely for the next day too!
3 Exam Format
3.1 Know the layout of the exam
3.1.1 How many questions do you need to answer?
3.1.2 How many sections?
3.1.3 How much time should you allocate to each question
4 On the day
4.1 Have a good breakfast
4.1.1 Arrive early and give yourself plenty of time
4.1.1.1 Bring water and plenty of stationary and any other supplies you need
