  1. To investigate my dish, I will need to visit many places to see if i can include any 'different' dishes and commendmets to offer to my customers. Some examples would be: Chilli scones, fruit and orange scones, and for the chocolate eclairs, instead of using plain whipping cream, i will add orange zest to the cream to make it 'my own dish'.
    1. There will be many different variations and flavors of my dish, because I want my dish to be 'well known' for it's flavors.
      1. The different ranges of my dish will vary from: different savory and sweet commendments and possibly different sizes of the dish itself.
      2. I will package my food in bio-degradable packets (for take away) and will also set my food on a three-tier cake stand to help with the presentation of the afternoon tea itself.
        1. The timing that my dish needs to accommodate will need to be fast/quick because recent studies show that many customers enjoy their afternoon tea more if it is served quickly.
          1. I will also need to construct a menu with special dietry needs to accommodate for people who have allergies. For example, some people have dairy allergies, nut allergies and soya allergies.
