     • There are two principal techniques for estimation
       • Consulting people who will do the work and other people with expertise on the tasks to be done
       • Analyzing metrics from past projects and from industry data from similar projects done before
   • Strategies
     • After asking the right questions to discover the real purpose of the project we choose the strategies
       • After this testing work has to be split into varios levels and coordinate them
         • To know when the project is ready to start executing tests we must've checked entry criteria and exit criteria which include:
           • Acquisition and suply, test items, defects, tests, coverage, quality,money and risks
