    1. Fatigue
      1. A feeling of extreme physical or mental tiredness
        1. Your body may not be able to carry on with what you're doing due to local muscular fatigue
          1. Concentration levels will decrease. More likely to make mistakes of judgement
            1. Skill levels decrease as speed and strength decrease
              1. If not able to have some form of rest you'll be forced to stop
            2. Stress
              1. The body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response
                1. Excitement or suspense can lead to tension. Experienced before an activity can result in tightness
                  1. Anxiety can make you feel uneasy and apprehensve. Leads to the likeability of making mistakes. However it can help to focus and prepare
                    1. Nervousness can add to tension levels. Lead to shaking or feeling sick
                      1. Motivation will almost certainly decrease
