Las personas con discapacidad son las que tienen algun tipo de dificultad que les impide realizar actividades igual que a las demas personas.
El Consejo Nacional Electoral les brindo algunas facilidades como el voto asistido, tambien el voto preferente y no hacen fila.
Estas medidas incluyen ofrecerles una mesa preferente por ejemplo plantillas para braille, tambien el voto domicilio y el taxi-amigo.
PERSONAS ADULTAS MAYORES.
Son los hombres y mujeres con 65 o mas años, ellos tienen algunos beneficios que reconoce su esfuerzo a lo largo de su vida
Por ejemplo el voto facultativo.
Medidas para efectivizar el voto: el voto a domicilio, voto preferente, voto asistido y mesa de atencion preferente.
