1.1.3 Cheaper than a computer data base

1.1.5 No viruses can cause the loss of data

1.1.7 Safe when u get things like power cuts you wont loose data due to it
1.1.8 Thy cannot be hacked or currupted
1.2 Disadvantages
1.2.1 Easy to make mistakes
1.2.2 Easy to make double bookings
1.2.3 Have to reprint the entire thing if something gets changed
1.2.4 Hard to recover the data if it gets lost
1.2.5 It can get ripper / damaged easily
1.2.6 Its a lot cheaper then a computer database
1.2.7 Can be lost in fires or foods
1.2.8 Limited by the amount of data can be kept
