set time in which they can return
the product if they want to in
exchang for a refund
- Products get delivered straight to your house
- Can shop anyday at any time
- Disadvantages
- Do not get products straight away, have
to wait for them to be delivered
- Cannot view/touch/try out the
product before purchase
- Can only pay by credit/debit
card, cash cannot be accepted
- Not everybody has access to the internet, people may struggle
operating a computer
- Usually have to pay for delivery costs
- Increase in chances of your product being
mixed up in delivery
- Less interaction with other members of the public
- Images of products online may be misleading, products may look different in reality
- Do not get products straight away, have
to wait for them to be delivered
