1.6.1.1 EXERCISE,TRAINING & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CAN INCREASE FITNESS ,MUSCLES CAN BE STRENGTHEN & BECOME MORE FLEXIBLE THEREFORE BECOMING TONED.EXERCISING & PLAYING EXPENDS ENERGY , WHICH USES UP CALORIES WHICH CAN ASSIST IN LOSING WEIGHT

2.2.1.1 MANY ACTIVITIES PROVIDE A PHYSICAL CHALLENGE. OVERCOMING SUCH A CHALLENGE GIVES A SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT WHICH CAN LEAD TO ANCREASE OF SELF-ESTEEM & CONFIDENCE
2.2.1.1.1 EXERCISE CAN LITERALLY MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. IT PRODUCES SEROTONIN – ‘THE FEEL –GOOD’ HORMONE. REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IMPROVES FITNESS & BODY SHAPE, & HELPS PARTICIPANTS LOOK AND FEEL BETTER

3.2.1.1 MOMENTS IN SPORTS ARE SOMETIMES SEEN AS BEAUTIFUL. BEAUTY MAY BE SEEN AS A BRILLIANTLY EXECUTED GOAL OR SAVE IN FOOTBALL, A TRY IN RUGBY, A JUMP SHOT IN BASKETBALL. OFTEN IT IS THE OBSERVER WHO APPRECIATES THE PERFORMER. ICE DANCE OR GYMNASTICS, TEND TO BE MORE OFTEN THOUGHT OFIN THESE TERMS.
