1. T - AP Thoracic of AP Lumbar + 50% mAs

   • Torso at level of T12 to xiphoid process with a tilt on the callipers to match the tube tilt

2. I - 10-20° cephalad, 150cm (adjusted for tilt)

3. C - 18x24cm Fast (FG8) Spinal Screens

4. T - PA to bucky, feet apart, shoulders relaxed

5. CR - Tip of T12 spinous to exit through xiphoid process

6. A - Consider a binder

7. C - Square 10-15cm

8. T - Primarily by collimation

9. O - Keep still

10. E - Arrested respiration
