  1. Eat well
    1. Sleep well
      1. Keep hydrated
    2. Get fresh air
      1. walk the dog
        1. do some exercise
      2. Take breaks
        1. Watch TV
          1. Chat to a friend
            1. Read something not related to revision
        2. Make a revision timetable
          1. Find out when exams are
            1. Start with little and often then get more intensive nearer exam time
              1. Study for chunks of time you know you can concentrate for - try to build this up
          2. Don't revise with your phone next to you and/or facebook on
            1. Try to do your revision at a table so it's easier to spread out and be organised
              1. Start with your worst subject/topic first, save the best/easiest to last
                1. Go to revision sessions whenever possible
                  1. Make sure you are focused otherwise there's not point trying
                    1. Use revision lists
                      1. Promise yourself a treat when you have met a revision target
                        1. For example, go on facebook when you're due a break, spend time on X-box when you've done your quota of revision
                        2. Use online revision towards the end once you've put the hours in memorising the stuff.
                          1. Don't rely on cramming the night before
                            1. Tell someone if your house is too noisy with siblings/builders etc
                              1. If feeling stressed, tell someone
