                    1. 1/4 - 1/2 nuts or 2 tbls peanut butter
                      1. 125g raw weight excluding fat and bone 1 egg = 25g meat
                        1. 300ml milk or 200g yoghert or 1/4 cup hard cheese
                        2. Fats, sweets, Desserts, cakes
