I found that my audience feels that
the things that attract them to my
magazine were 50% title/font and
50% the image on the front cover,
this is good as both of these were
used specifically to attract the
readers and were the main things i
focused on to bring readers in.
6/7 of my audience feedback thought my magazine was a
music magazine because of the similarites to other
magazines of the genre, and also just content/bands on
the front cover gives it away.
5/7 of my audience feedback said my genre
was either indie or alternative, this is good
because this shows I have managed to create
the genre I wanted through costume and colour
as this is how they specified how they thought it
was this.
100% of my feedback said my target
audience was the correct one. They all said
an age range between 15-25 and some even
went as far to say more males than females
which is correct as this genre is more male
dominated.
100% of my feedback said my
models were suitable for the music
genre I wanted to create through
either their costume, props (on the
gig images) and that they're also of
the similar age as my target
audience which means they can
relate to them.
Overall my magazine was rated 8.9/10
Summarising my photo booth
videos I got back that; my sell
lines were professional in the
way they are laid out but there
could have been more to fill the
space on the other side of the
image.
The double page spread image could have had
writing over the top and the article side looks very
text heavy however it looks good in that I've made
it professional through summarising the article
and adding page numbers and specific small
details.
Some people have said there is a lot of empty
space on the top contents and cover but follow
by saying that the layout is clear and they liked
how I overlapped the images on the contents.
