    1. The ribcage expands outwards and upwards

        2. Exhale
          1. The ribcage drops inwards and downwards
            1. The diaphragm relaxes, moving back upwards
              1. Pressure inside the chest increases and air is forced out

                    1. Lots of tiny blood vessels called capillaries
