  1. Human Rights Act
    1. Passes by the UK Parliament in 1998
      1. Came into force in October 2000
        1. Most rights in the HRA are limited or qualified
          1. Meaning that one persons rights may not be defended if they take away another persons or peoples rights
        2. Protests

            1. can involve damaging or destroying property
              1. doing something as an act of protest without permission
