Now my account may not be taken seriously by some but this is a serious paper document on mood boards for revision in the Imedia GCSE exam (bristish) so i dont recomend any americansd try and use these exact notes but i dont know what it is like over there so look at your own free will. now mood boards are a method of revision for an exam or creating media or even making a new room in a house as they normally source samples form differnet colours designs fonts and materials. mood boards are useful for people who struggle to revise or easliy lose focus because you can put interesting images or concepts in them that you find apealing but also remind you of your notes at the same time making your revsion much more interesting. this has many positives/advantages to revision notes. once again as said earlier the mood board can be used when planning graphics or constuction and designs of rooms. when designing a new room a mood board will prove useful because you can sample materials on the board to see waht the room colours should be, by having them put together to see if they work well together not. this is the same with graphics designs on computers as you can get fonts and colours and see if they looio good together and consult the client for their opoion on the subject. what is aslo good about this is that your mood board can be easily be adjusted to add any new materials or resources you need.
