Australia Post Label: Customer will book DROPSHIP service to send their shipment to Chester Hill Office only:   Email Body: Hi, Thank you for the booking with DTDC Australia. The attached document is the Australia Post label for your DROPSHIP shipment which will come to our depot first before it is dispatched to the destination country. Please open the attached label of Australia Post to read the instructions on the right-hand side thoroughly before dropping off your shipment at your nearest Australia Post Office: Please take a printout of the label to affix it on your shipment before coming for a drop-off. Please email us the photo of your shipment with a label affixed on it before drop off to Australia post. Please ensure to drop your shipment in the store drop-off box(post box inside the office only).   If you do not have access to a printer to take a printout of the label: Please show your electronic copy of this label on your phone to the counter staff in the Australia Post Office. They will scan the QR code on the label to take the print out on your behalf to hand over to you to affix it on the shipment. Please take a photo of the shipment to email us. Not all post offices offer this service to print out labels on your behalf.   Customs charges for sending the personal shipment to India can be between 42% up to 80% based on the value declared by customers in the customs declaration form for sending their personal shipment to India. Destination cost for the customer may get reduced if the declared value of the shipment is reasonable for their used item or low. However, this is customs in the destination country who will assess the item to impose customs charge. DTDC Australia as a freight forwarder has no control over it. DTDC origin and destination team will assist you till delivery completed by clearing the shipment from customs on the receiver's behalf so that receiver does not need to take extra trouble to come to the international airport at the time of clearance. DTDC Counterpart in India will collect destination cost from the receiver or sender before delivery. This is an important detail that we do not want you to miss and email us questions when you have, these details are written in our terms and conditions as you read, accept, and agree with it at the time of booking.
