Steps to Prepping for Clinical:1. Create Concept Map with main branches for Main Diagnosis/ Comorbidities2. Research what the disorders are.3. Record on map the main possible concerns related to each diagnosis4. Create next box of map to have the possible nursing interventions5. Next create a list of possible responses/ evaluations that would need to be done6. Medications: research, pull med cards, and try to list which medications go with each diagnosis6. Anticipate lab work that would corresponds to client diagnosis
