Offer
Definition: To make contract there must be an offer and acceptance then follow by others elements.
Types of offer
The Communication of Offer/Proposal: According to Section 4(1) an offer is complete when its comes to the knowledge of the acceptor. Meaning that the communication of the offer is when the acceptor knows about it.
Revocation of Offer: Section 6(a), Section 6(b), Section 6(c), Section 6(d)
1. Offer to individual: The offer is made for a specific person. Only that person that can only accept the offer.
2. offer to the world at large: This offer is made to general public so anyone can accept the offer provided he/she fulfill the conditions an offer
